Current points leaders

Men: Maynard ENCORMAL (PHI)

Sean Aying lost his points lead to his Filipino compatriot Maynard Encormal at Sierra Madre Trail Ultra. Encormal has accumulated 1290 points in 3 ATM races this season, which includes a win at Bagtit 100 and 2nd at Sierra Madre. He totals 25 points more than Florence ‘Enciong’ Alave, who has already done his 4 races. For him it’s now about eliminating his 4th and worst result, 260 points for Bagtit, by doing better in his 5th ATM race of the season. Jomarc Ferrer has been very consistent with 3 top five placings, good for 1175 points. Sean Aying is now fourth, followed by reigning ATM Champion John Ray Onifa, who already scored his wild card for this season’s Final, just like Alessandro Sherpa - the 2018 ATM Champion. Both already finished 2 ATM races this season - the requirement for former champions. Kristian Joergensen is first of the Asia Expats with a max total of 1000 points out of 2 races.

Women: Christine MONTUYA (PHI)

Her unexpected victory in Sierra Madre propelled Christine Montuya to the top of the ATM table with 1630 points out of 4 races. That’s 55 more than Shally Yuson - also with four results in the bank already. The first of those with 3 results is Julie Ann Morales with a maximum of 1500 for winning all her three races. Ann Jilian Pulanco follows with 1275 (3 races). Manilyn Mamugay collected 980 out of 3 races, she is followed by Cecille Wael (950) and season’s revelation Angie Yan from Hong Kong. Then it’s Mary Joy Sumanda (850) also with 2 races so far, Naomi Fung (HKG) and Hee Joo Jang (Korea)
