Ultra Trail Nine Peaks (KOR)

Introduction

Second South Korean event in the 2023 Asia Trail Master Championship series, and this one is for the mountain trail enthusiasts. Taking place in Ulsan, not so far from Busan, the 122 km longest category is not for the faint of heart with elevation gain a very serious 9210 hm. The 9 Peaks is one of two ATM Championship points races at the event. The second one is the 5 Peaks race of 44 km and 3520 hm.

The course was developed as a single route connecting the nine peaks of Yeongnam Alps - Ganwolsan, Goheonsan, Munboksan, Gajisan, Unmunsan, Tienhwangsan, Jaeyaksan, Yeongchuksan and Sinbulsan.

The 9 peaks of the Yeongnam Alps, with a total distance of 122 kilometers and an elevation of 9210 meters, offer Korea's best difficulty and natural scenery. Hightrail Nine Peaks Ulju is Korea's representative trail competition and festival to promote Korea's nature and culture to the world.
