Introduction

2nd edition of Ultra Trail Chiang Mai, produced and directed by the teelakow crew, known especially from UTKC, UT Chiang Rai and UT Panoramic. Race course designer is one of Thailand’s best - if not the best - trail runners, Jay Jantaraboon, who hails from this northern Thai city. The 2022 programme offers distances for everyone, but ATM Championship contenders need to focus on the 104km and 65km to score points. Grandmaster Quest challengers need to aim for 100 miles or 100 km.

Important: the 100 miles is a late addition to the event programme and will not offer ATM Championship points in 2022!

The race venue is close the city of Chiang Mai, so this will be one of the easy-to-access races this year: runners who need to keep their racing within the confines of a weekend, take note!
